Staff

 Brenda Garcia, Executive Director

Brenda holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College and has over ten years experience in the human service field.   She has previously worked for United Cerebral Palsy as Director of Program  Services, Greylock   Federal Credit Union as Human Resource Specialist and mostly recently at Berkshire County ARC as a Recruiter.

Kathy Quinn, Family Advocate

Kathy’s certification is in special education.  She and her husband have had a number of children in their family–a baker’s dozen, to be exact.  They call their group of foster, biological and adopted kids their “wildflower bouquet,” whose gifts and challenges have led them down many roads…one of which was NAMI.

Based on professional background and personal experience, Kathy hopes to collaborate with families interested in trainings and self advocacy in order to offer a broader perspective and vision for their loved ones lives.
